Patrick Gillum is a systems architect and institutional developer leading the deployment of the 40 Acre Trust ecosystem, bridging traditional financial gateways with decentralized technologies. As Trustee, he oversees the master planning of Project Ambition and the strategic deployment of the 40ATC token standards to ensure durable job creation, community stability, and verifiable wealth preservation.

Afia has a multidisciplinary background in oil and gas, policy, and environmental management. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in chemical and petroleum engineering in Canada and has completed several professional trainings, including Safety in Petroleum with United Safety in Calgary, Alberta. She brings over 10 years of experience across diverse industries — oil and gas, agriculture, IT, and international development — along with an extensive network of diplomats and professionals in more than 15 oil-producing countries. She has also served as a consultant to various private-sector companies and international organizations.
